At Moksha Yoga Brooklin, students of all levels and ability are honoured for their unique differences, limitations, and talents. The Moksha series is most accessible to beginners, and really helps to prepare students to be more comfortable in theis practice.
Moksha class
Moksha yoga is a dynamic system of postures and breathing exercises specifically designed to be practiced in the heat. Moksha classes are intended to open, strengthen and detoxify the entire body.
Practice Teaching
A 60 minute class taught by a new teacher needing some practice and experience leading a class through the Moksha series. $7/class or you can use your package.
Power Vinyasa Flow
Power flow stems from the vinyasa system of yoga which literally means "flowing with breath". Inspired by Baron Baptiste. A fun and challenging class that works the entire body on all levels, constantly flowing through the poses. Reduced Heat.
Students new to yoga are encouraged to try at least 10 Moksha classes before trying this class.
Karma Class
A regular Moksha class offered on a donation ($7 min) basis. All funds raised are donated to local charities. (No passes).
Community Class
A 60 minute Moksha class for $7
Prenatal
Beginners to yoga, and all trimesters welcome!
Increase your strength, endurance, and energy while deeply connecting to your new baby.
Learn confort and hip opening techniques to ease the entire process of your pregnancy.
Special introduction to the Yoga Birth Method to assist the natural birthing process.
Please note:
-Drop in! Reservations are not necessary.
-Arrive at least 15 minutes prior to class.
-Bring a bath towel, yoga mat and bottle of water (all available - to rent or to buy)
